CHI Health at Home and Community Health Network Expand Partnership to Include Home Infusion
Milford, OH – Community Health Network and CHI Health at Home, one of the largest home health care systems in the country, have expanded their joint-venture partnership to provide home infusion therapy services throughout Central Indiana.
Community Health Network, a leader in providing convenient access to exceptional health care services where and when patients need them, began its partnership with CHI Health at Home in 2019 to provide home-based health care solutions to the communities of Central Indiana. After the successful launch of Community Health at Home in August of 2019, the expansion of this partnership centers on the creation of a new AmeriMed Infusion pharmacy in Indianapolis, IN to provide expanded home infusion care and services to patients throughout the region.
AmeriMed Infusion is a leader in the home infusion industry and currently provides service throughout Ohio and Kentucky with partners in Iowa and Nebraska. Using CPR+, AmeriMed Infusion offers specialized individual and coordinated care with local partners and their experienced pharmacy team brings the newest technologies, straight into patients’ homes.
