New VP of Operations/Chief Operating Office Named for CHI Health at Home
Milford, OH – March 2, 2015 – CHI Health at Home, one of the largest providers of home-based services through the country, is pleased to announce Trisha Crissman joined the organization as our new Vice President, Operations/Chief Operating Officer for home care and hospice on Monday, February 9th.
Crissman is an experienced professional who brings many years of leadership in strategic planning, business development, and revenue growth. As a proven leader in our industry her vision, entrepreneurial drive, and commitment to leadership naturally aligns with the mission of CHI Health at Home.
Crissman holds a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Loyola Marymount University, a Masters Degree in Theology from Yale University, and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Loyola University, Chicago and has 20 years of experience in the home care and hospice fields. Crissman’s health care career began in direct patient care, serving for over ten years as a hospice chaplain and licensed professional counselor.
Her career in hospice, which began as a chaplain and evolved all the way to a senior management position, brings with her a great depth of skill and experience in all facets of hospice and home health. She believes in inspiring her teams, as well as internal and external customers, through one-on-one mentoring, modeling and coaching with enthusiasm and integrity.
Before joining CHI Health at Home, Crissman served as Vice President and General Manager for AccentCare’s hospice division in Dallas, TX, where she oversaw hospice operations throughout the United States. During her time with AccentCare, she contributed to their growth in revenue, while dramatically improving GM and CM in her first six month, improved division synergy through training, and developed strategic plans to support start up business and the integration of new locations.
