COVID-19 Response 

As our organization tackles the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of our employees and our patients is our highest priority. To ensure our team members have access to priority materials and information necessary to do their jobs while staying healthy and safe, we are providing direct links to important resource documents:

Home Care and Hospice Resources:  This is a direct link to the most up-to-date resources for Home Care and Hospice clinical teams. The folder, built in Box, includes clinical resources, processes, information about PPE, an updated FAQ, and team-specific tools. These resources will be updated frequently, and newly created resources will be added on a regular basis.

Zoom Resources for Clinicians:  In partnership with CommonSpirit Health, we have implemented Zoom, which has been designed to be secure and HIPAA compliant. Zoom Resources for Clinicians is a direct link to the Zoom Folder in Box that houses all the resources. The Zoom Box folder is accessible to all employees and can be accessed off the network, no log in required.

Additional resources will be updated on an ongoing basis. Please check back on a regular basis. If you need immediate access to a specific resource or have questions related to COVID-19, please contact your manager or supervisor.

Compliance and Privacy Reporting Hotline

ITS Service Desk (Help Desk)

The ITS Service Desk supports all technical needs for CHI Health at Home and its associates. The ITS Service Desk supports all home care specific applications along with company-issued applications and hardware. ITS National Service Desk (CHI)

The ITS National Service Desk supports all technical needs for CHI and its associates. The ITS Service Desk supports all CHI locations and associates. Inside CHI

Inside CHI is CHI’s Intranet. Full of resources and information about our parent company and the various communities that make up the organization, associates can access this site using their CHI Credentials. For access to this site, please click here: Inside CHI.

My CHI Knowledge Hub (The Hub)

My CHI Knowledge Hub is the online platform CHI Health at Home uses to provide online learning education (required and optional) to all associates. The Hub offers optional education to help associates develop personal and professional skills, such as free CE courses, leadership development, and Excel training. The Hub also provides  direct access to all required education such as Annual Compliance, Monthly In-Service Courses, Competency Courses, and security training courses. Login to The Hub now.


The portal to the CHI Health at Home associate self-service site within PeopleSoft is called MyCHS. MyCHS allows associates to view their paycheck, review their contact information, and enroll in benefits. Log into MyCHS now.

Outlook Web Access

Associates who need to access their work email can do so through the Outlook Web Access site. In accordance with Catholic Health Initiatives' policies and the Fair Labor Standards Act, remote email access is intended for use by exempt employees. Non-exempt employees may be authorized for remote email access during regular business hours and special circumstances with the prior approval of their manager. At CHI Health at Home, we care about our associates’ financial well-being. We have partnered with Next Jump to provide a free Perks at Work discount program available to all associates. GO2Partners (formerly Prograde)

GO2Partners, formerly known as Prograde, is a third-party vendor supplying sales and marketing materials for our organization. Associates can sign on to the new ordering site through the Company Intranet by clicking on the Sales and Marketing tab or access directly by clicking here: GO2Partners Ordering Site. Wellness Program

Administered through Virgin Pulse, CHI Health at Home is an active participant in CHI's Wellness Program. Designed to focus more on a holistic and meaningful wellness experience, this program offers specialized programs, activities, and challenges to support an associate's physical, emotional, social, financial and spiritual needs. Associates eligible for, and spouses enrolled in, CHI Health at Home's medical plan through Anthem can earn money towards their health spending accounts each year. The Work Number

The Work Number is an automated service to provide proof of employment or income verification. The Work Number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Work Number protects your personal information during the verification process. This secure service is used when you apply for a job or loan including a mortgage, lease an apartment or other instance where proof of employment or income is needed. Please Note:

Firewalls will prevent any access to web-based platforms for clinical support, such as CPR+, RescueNet, McKesson, and Brightree, as well as CHI Health at Home’s Intranet page and our group drives, unless associates are connected to the company network. If you need access to these programs, please connect to the network using your work station or POC laptop prior to logging in to the system you need.
