Confirming or cancelling appointments via text messaging

Open a new text message and type 622622 in the number (To:) area.
Type the word CHITEXT in the message body.
Send the message.
Notify our front desk staff that you’ve opted in to text messaging so we can verify your cell phone number is correct in our system.

When you receive a text appointment reminder, be sure to follow the prompts to confirm or cancel your appointment time.
