About The Foundation
The Franciscan Foundation was established in 1986 to receive and administer charitable gifts made on behalf of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. We are recognized under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code as a non-profit corporation. All gifts to the Franciscan Foundation are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Our Tax ID #: 91-1145592.
One hundred percent of your contribution to the Franciscan Foundation goes directly to the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health hospital site or program to which it is designated.

Nurturing the healing ministry of the Sisters of St. Francis, the Franciscan Foundation supports Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in creating healthier communities and ensuring availability of quality health care for all, regardless of ability to pay.
