Palliative Care Academy Registration

Training is held over 1.5 consecutive days beginning at 7:45 a.m. and ending by 4 p.m. the first day and beginning at 7:45 a.m. and ending by 11 a.m. the second day for a total of 9.25 hours of class time.

If the requested session date is full, alternative dates or our waiting list will be offered.

There is no charge for CHI Franciscan Health staff. Non-employees are invited to attend the training with the following fees; Virtual Palliative Care Academy 9.25 Hours CME: MD or DO $277.50 and ARNP, PA and other health care professionals $208.13 and we will follow-up with you regarding payment instructions.

You may cancel or reschedule your session dates up to two weeks prior to the first date of a session in which you are registered. Academy seats are limited and this reservation is just for you. If you cancel or reschedule less than two weeks before the start of a session, you will not be able to re-register for a minimum of six months and subject to availability.
