Make a Gift to Hospice
Franciscan Foundation … for it is in giving that we receive
Our goal is to help persons with advanced illnesses, when curative treatment is no longer effective or desired, to live each day with comfort and meaning and to retain their individuality and control over their lives.
Our care programs are adapted to suit each individual's physical, emotional and spiritual needs. While we place a very high emphasis on comfort, Franciscan Hospice and Palliative Care also offers many types of practical and meaningful support.
The Franciscan Hospice and Palliative Care team is made up of highly trained professionals and volunteers, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, hospice chaplains, certified nurses' aides and grief counselors, as well as massage, music and art therapists. We work to meet the physiological, psychological, social, spiritual and economic needs of people facing the end of life.
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has grown with the enduring goal of fulfilling the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of those we serve. Through your generous gift, we will be able to continue to provide excellent medical services to our community.
