Our specialists will take the time to train you or your caregiver according your personal needs, review your plan of care, and provide education and instruction on your equipment and supplies. Our respiratory therapists work directly with our patients from set up to follow-up. As part of your plan of care, our respiratory therapists will conduct a one-on-one evaluation, recommend equipment suited to your specific needs and will work with you to ensure proper equipment fitting. In addition to specific patient evaluations, our respiratory therapists educate you and your caregivers to ensure confidence and safety in use and care of all respiratory equipment such as: CPAP, Bi-PAP, concentrators, nebulizers, and cough-assist devices.  Experts in helping patients managed chronic diseases such as COPD and emphysema; all of our respiratory therapists are committed to delivering exceptional service and care to our patients and regularly go above and beyond standard expectations.

Our patient service technicians focus on equipment delivery, set up, and education so every patient is confident in the usage and care of the products they need to support their care. Our team of caring and knowledgeable technicians will evaluate the accessibility and safety of each patient’s home environment and provide detailed instructions for use and care of all products provided. In addition to the delivery of products and equipment, our technicians will also pick up products no longer needed or those requiring service.  Our patient service technicians play an important role in the care of our patients, serving as a resource for patients while in their home by offering additional education, answering questions, and relaying information back to our respiratory therapists.

Our transitional coaches collaborate with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and home care personnel to help patients safely and confidently transition to their home as they continue to receive care or treatment.   Our expert team is knowledgeable about all respiratory care, services, and products prescribed by your physician.  Working directly with hospital discharge planners, our on-site transitional coaches facilitate the process of securing proper documentation for each patient, reviewing insurance coverage, answering questions, and explaining Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.  Their focus is on our patients, their needs and their next steps of care. Able to provide equipment to patients to get them home safely, coordinate orders,  and schedule in-home visits with our clinical team, our transitional coaches serve as a valuable resource to every patient we serve.

From specific devices designed to treat sleep disorders to oxygen therapy equipment and nebulizers for breathing treatments associated with asthma or COPD, we provide equipment designed to support the individual needs of our patients. We also offer a wide range of equipment designed for in-home use, such as hospital beds, patient lifts, walkers, standard wheel chairs, and more.

Both Medicaid and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) covers medically necessary durable home medical equipment that your doctor prescribes for use in your home.
