Ethics at Work Hotline

Our Ethics at Work Line is available for reporting compliance and HIPAA issues; allowing you to report anonymously without identifying yourself.  Concerns can be reported by phone at 800.261.5607 or online at www.ethicspoint.com.

ITS Service Desk (Help Desk)

The ITS Service Desk supports all technical needs for CHI Health at Home and its associates. The ITS Service Desk supports all home care specific applications along with company-issued applications and hardware. ITS National Service Desk (CHI)

The ITS National Service Desk supports all technical needs for CHI and its associates. The ITS Service Desk supports all CHI locations and associates. Inside CHI

Inside CHI is CHI’s Intranet. Full of resources and information about our parent company and the various communities that make up the organization, associates can access this site using their CHI Credentials. For access to this site, please click here: Inside CHI.

LEARN

Learning Effectiveness and Resource Network (LEARN) is the online platform CHI Health at Home uses to provide online learning education (required and optional) to all associates. Our LEARN system offers optional education to help associates develop personal and professional skills, such as free CE courses, leadership development, and Excel training. LEARN also provides  direct access to all required education such as Annual Compliance, Monthly In-Service Courses, Competency Courses, and security training courses. MyCHS

The portal to the CHI Health at Home associate self-service site within PeopleSoft is called MyCHS. MyCHS allows associates to view their paycheck, review their contact information, and enroll in benefits. Log into MyCHS now.

Outlook Web Access

Associates who need to access their work email can do so through the Outlook Web Access site. In accordance with Catholic Health Initiatives' policies and the Fair Labor Standards Act, remote email access is intended for use by exempt employees. Non-exempt employees may be authorized for remote email access during regular business hours and special circumstances with the prior approval of their manager. Prograde

Prograde is a third-party vendor supplying sales and marketing materials for our organization. Associates can sign on to Prograde through the Company Intranet by clicking on the Sales and Marketing tab or access directly by clicking here: Prograde Ordering Site.

The Work Number

The Work Number is an automated service to provide proof of employment or income verification. The Work Number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Work Number protects your personal information during the verification process. This secure service is used when you apply for a job or loan including a mortgage, lease an apartment or other instance where proof of employment or income is needed. Please Note:

Firewalls will prevent any access to web-based platforms for clinical support, such as CPR+, RescueNet, McKesson, and Brightree, as well as CHI Health at Home’s Intranet page and our group drives, unless associates are connected to the company network. If you need access to these programs, please connect to the network using your work station or POC laptop prior to logging in to the system you need.
